Spring

By A. K. Choudhary

Spring as the philtre
Of natural pourboire
Enraptures the padre
Fide at amore .

&

Spring is the golden fire
Of natural caricature
That is the score
Of the parterre.

&

The spring fanfare
Is the philtre
For the pasture
Of the terpsichore.

&

The spring azure
Adds fuel to the fire
Of the terpsichore
For the spire.

&

The delirium of the rosarium.
Is the odium
Of the athenaeum
Against the bisson rheum.

&

Spring is the beatitude
Of the prude
That thrills the tide
Of the monde.

&

Spring thriving
Is ever alluring
Like the petting
With blue stocking.

&

Spring suitor
Stirs the stunner
To be a captor
Of affaire d'amour.
